These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Datavex Labs Ltd (United Kingdom) (“PropStudio AI”, “we”, “us”) and govern your use of the PropStudio AI mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. The Service is intended for professional use by real estate agents and property professionals.
PropStudio AI enhances real estate photographs using artificial intelligence: it adjusts exposure, lighting, colour balance, sharpness and perspective. The Service performs faithful enhancement only — it does not add, remove or relocate objects and does not alter the structural reality of a property. Processing runs on our cloud infrastructure and typically takes about one minute per photo.
You register with an email address or a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account, and must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
New accounts include a limited number of free enhancements (currently three). The free allowance is granted once per account and does not renew.
Paid plans grant a monthly photo quota. Subscriptions are sold and billed through Google Play, which acts as merchant of record; payment is charged to your Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price for your plan, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Annual plans grant the full annual quota at the start of the period. Quotas reset each billing period and do not roll over. A fair-use policy applies to prevent abuse.
You can cancel at any time from your Google Play account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Google Play in accordance with its policies and with any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country.
Promotional “founder” pricing, where offered, is limited in number. Once granted to an account it remains at the founder rate for as long as the subscription stays active without interruption. We may end the founder offer at any time for new subscribers.
You retain all rights to the photos you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process and transmit your photos solely to provide the Service to you. You confirm you hold all necessary rights to the photos you submit.
You agree to submit only photos you are authorised to use and to use enhanced images honestly. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any image you publish accurately represents the property and complies with the advertising, disclosure and consumer-protection rules applicable to your market. You must not use the Service to mislead, to infringe third-party rights or for any unlawful purpose, and must not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or resell the Service without our written agreement.
The Service, its software, design and trademarks are owned by Datavex Labs Ltd (United Kingdom) or its licensors. These Terms grant you no rights in them other than the right to use the Service.
Enhanced images are generated by automated models and results may vary with the quality of the input. You should review every result before use. We do not warrant that any particular output will meet your expectations or the requirements of any portal, MLS or regulator.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email and take effect when you next use the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your mandatory statutory consumer rights.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of enhanced images, including any claim that a published image misrepresented a property.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for misuse. On termination, the licences you granted end, subject to our retention obligations described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you enjoy in your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, except where local law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
