Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Datavex Labs Ltd (United Kingdom) (“PropStudio AI”, “we”, “us”), the data controller, collects and uses your personal data when you use the PropStudio AI app and Service. We comply with the EU/UK GDPR and Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), as applicable to you.

1. Data we collect

• Photos you submit for enhancement, and the enhanced results.
• Account data: your email address and a user identifier.
• Purchase data: your subscription status and purchase history (from Google Play / RevenueCat; we never receive your card details).
• Device and usage identifiers, including an advertising identifier.

2. Why we use it, and our legal bases

• To provide the Service — process and deliver your enhanced photos, manage your account and quota (performance of our contract).
• To process subscriptions (performance of contract).
• To measure and improve our advertising, including sharing a device/advertising identifier with Meta for campaign measurement (your consent and/or our legitimate interest).
• To secure the Service and prevent abuse — rate limiting and fraud prevention (legitimate interest).
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Who we share data with

We use the following processors and partners: Supabase (hosting, authentication and storage, in the European Union), OpenAI (AI image processing), Google Play and RevenueCat (subscription management and validation), and Meta (advertising measurement, which receives a device/advertising identifier only). We do not sell your personal data, and we never use your photos to train AI models.

4. International transfers

Your data may be processed outside your country, including in the EU, the UK and the US. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention and deletion

Photos you upload for processing (the originals) are deleted from our servers immediately after processing. Enhanced photos are retained so we can display them to you in the app, until you delete them (from the “Photos” tab) or request deletion of your account. Account and purchase records are kept while your account is active and as required to meet legal and accounting obligations.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and unguessable storage paths to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect it.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. EU/UK users may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority; Malaysian users have the rights granted by the PDPA. To exercise any right, contact contact@datavexlabs.com; we respond within 30 days.

8. Deleting your data

You can delete individual photos in the app at any time from the “Photos” tab. To delete your entire account and associated data, email contact@datavexlabs.com.

9. Children

The Service is for professional use and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be notified in the app or by email and shown with a new effective date on this page.
